Senior Quantity Surveyor required on a day rate for a hyperscale Data Centre campus in West London. Ownership of valuations, variation pricing, cost value reconciliation and final accounts across the electrical and mechanical packages.
Requirements
- 8+ years quantity surveying on Data Centre or mission critical projects
- Strong NEC3 / NEC4 administration
- Comfortable presenting the cost report to project leadership
