CXRecruit is a UK and Ireland recruitment agency specialising in data centre commissioning (Cx) and QA/QC roles, placing engineers and managers on hyperscale, colocation and enterprise projects.

Founder-led and specialist only. We do not staff general construction, we do not staff facilities operations, and we do not run a wider engineering desk. Data centre commissioning and QA/QC is the entire business.

Clients include hyperscale operators, colocation providers, general contractors and commissioning agents delivering across the UK and Ireland. Candidates come to us because we speak the vocabulary of L4 site integration, IST scripts, ITPs and witness points, and we only put them forward for work that matches their level.
