Data Centre Recruitment Across the United States
National coverage
Beyond our primary Texas corridor of London, Slough, Manchester, Newport and Dublin, we cover other major US data centre build programs including Phoenix, Columbus and Northern Virginia. Project Controls and Commissioning demand outstrips supply across nearly every one of these markets, and we work the same disciplines and screening standard in each.
The constraint is rarely construction labor — it is people who can prove the schedule holds and the facility works. Schedulers and cost engineers who can defend a critical path under pressure, and Cx engineers with genuine integrated systems testing experience, are in structural short supply nationwide.
Roles in demand

- Cross-market sourcing where clients can support relocation
FAQs
Which US markets do you cover?
Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston) is our primary market, alongside other major data centre build programs including Phoenix, Columbus and Northern Virginia.
Do you place both contract and permanent staff?
Yes. Contract staffing is our largest volume, aligned to delivery and testing peaks, and we also run permanent searches for Project Controls and Commissioning leadership.
How fast can you mobilise for a US project?
For contract Project Controls and Commissioning scopes we typically present a shortlist within two to three working days and can mobilise inside a week where candidates already hold US work authorization.
