Cost Manager to own the cost plan and owner reporting on a colocation Data Centre build on the Slough Trading Estate.
£550 to £675 per day
Cost Manager needed for a colocation Data Centre build in Slough. Responsible for the cost plan, change control, valuation review, forecasting and monthly cost reporting to the client.
Requirements
- 5+ years cost management or quantity surveying on construction projects
- Data Centre or mission critical experience preferred
- Strong cost planning and benchmarking (cost per MW) experience
